Michael Noak Jr. (Brother Polight) faced public scrutiny five years ago over his alleged relationship with an underage girl. Saneter Of Saneter Studious told his audience Noak was claiming a child that wasn't his, and that the young girl ran away to be with Noak against her mothers wishes. The young girls mother was a former wife of Noak's who left the polygamist relationship for unknown reasons. Someone alerted the NYPD and an investigation occurred, but either the former wife or stepfather dropped the charges. Noak and his circle of enablers went back to business as usual and the young girl remained in Noak's custody.
Today Noak is under legal scrutiny meaning he can't use threats, bullying, and or doxing to control his victim. No janky promoter can sway the narrative nor act as a bully pulpit for Noak. Obviously this enraged Noak as he took to social media threatening frivolous lawsuits to anyone speaking on the case. Noak is currently facing four counts of lewd & lascivious molestation upon a minor. Look up (State V Wiley) for a little insight on contact with minors.
Michael Noak has also been identified by Uma York (Dwight York's daughter )as the shooter or accompany to the shooter who fired two shots into her brothers head. Allegedly York appointed Noak by means of a jailhouse letter to run, "All Eyes bookstore", however without a notary present It's just a wish from prison. So the alleged attack on Uma would have gained Noak nothing and destroyed what's left of York's children's sanity.
